Definitions

“Company” means Trucryo Limited “Customer” means the purchaser of Goods and /or Services “Goods” means devices supplied by the Company “Services” includes training, onboarding, and support “Business Customer” means a customer acting in the course of business “Consumer” means an individual acting outside of business purposes

Basis of Contract

By placing an order, confirming a quotation, or making payment, the Customer accepts these Terms. No variation shall apply unless agreed in writing.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted upon payment or written confirmation.Prices exclude VAT unless stated. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk passes upon delivery. Title remains with the Company until full payment is received.

International Shipping

USA: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties included butsubject to adjustment.
Other destinations: Delivered At Place (DAP).Customer responsible for duties.

Refused Shipments

If shipment is refused or not cleared: Customer liable for full cost including shipping, duties,storage, and handling.

Training and Services

Training is mandatory and a separate service. Training is deemed delivered when accessed, booked, or attended. Training is non-refundable once delivered. Additional training services are non-refundable once booked or delivered.

Returns

Business Customers:
Returns only at Company discretion.
Minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
Training and services are non-refundable.
Returns not accepted for lack of business success.
Consumers:     
Cancellation rights apply where required by law.
Training and services provided will be deductedfrom refunds.

Use and Suitability

Customer responsible for suitability.
No guarantee of commercial success or revenue.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies where provided.

Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to purchase price.No liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond Company control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
